I was watching a movie.
She (acting as a new actress in the movie) had made a call to someone. The (short) conversation...
She: Assalamualaikum, Pak Sheikh...
Pak S: Waalaikumussalam...
She: I feel nervous...you know that tonight my drama will be played on TV...
Pak S: Oh, don't worry...just pray to Allah...insya-Allah everything will be OK...
She: Thanks, Pak Sheikh...
The conversation ended.
I'm thinking, what did the writer and the director is trying to tell us? -The significance of this scene-
Do they want to tell us that acting (with unveiling
....or, maybe they are 'jahil'...but I still cannot accept it because they are talking (telling) about Islam....So, they cannot just go over the limit! No prediction, or guessing with no knowledge!-please...Islam is not a religion that everyone can translate...
No liberalism...we had al-Quran & al-Hadis to convey our thoughts and opinions....

Do they want to tell us that acting (with unveiling aurah) is allowed in Islam? So, pray to Him to get His aunah (or istidraj...???)

they make films, equals to making sins
and yet muslims all over the world become the audience--watching people commiting sins. voila!
what an irony?
